i-Link commences trading in Asia

At the beginning of 2009, i-Link announced the opening of its first representative office in Kuala Lumpur to service the South East Asian market. Since that time our operations have continued to expand within the region and the company is now operating as a fully trading entity. This marks a significant step forward for i-Link as we strive to fulfil our commitment to support both the Asian & Australasian research industries.





 

 
Edward Hertz appointed as Account Manager - Sydney

i-Link would like to welcome Edward Hertz to the position of Account Manager at our Sydney office. Edward comes to i-Link with over ten years experience in the Australian market research industry to date. He is a former graduate of Macquarie University, where he completed a BA in Social Sciences, specialising in Sociology, Anthropology and Philosophy.





 


The Online Focus Group - An Overview

A traditional focus group is a controlled discussion amongst six to ten participants who usually share a set of common characteristics. These characteristics can be demographic profiles such as age, gender or location, or their commonalities may relate to stated preferences for a certain brand, product, organisation or purchasing behaviour.
