The Qualified Opinions Research Panel was brought under management last December and will now be operated by the i-Link team in Sydney.   Qualified Opinions is a sister company to i-Link Research and this measure was taken to enable the panel to be better coordinated and developed from a central location. 

An immediate effect of this change was to adopt the management practices for the panel from the policies and procedures applicable to i-Link’s ISO20252 accreditation.    Separate ISO and QSOAP accreditations for the panel will also be applied for within the first half of 2009.  Although Qualified Opinions already effectively meets the guidelines established by AMSRO for quality systems applicable to an online panel, the company’s key aim will be the establishment of best practice. 

To date the Qualified Opinions panel has demonstrated a high level of member satisfaction from participation across a wide range of both quant and qual projects.  As a result the panel continues to achieve excellent response rates by industry standards.  Nevertheless the next 12 months will see a range of exciting innovations which we believe will take the panel to a new level as a networking community.   In addition resources will also be directed to growing the panel’s membership base within Australia, New Zealand and Asia.
