- AMSRS Code of Professional Behaviour and guidelines on the confidential handling and delivery of respondent information
- ESOMAR Guideline for Online Research

In addition, i-Link adheres to the Australian Anti-Spam laws, applying this on a global level, and holds the following accreditations:

The revised Australian Privacy Principles are nearly one year old and the focus on privacy and data security is stronger than ever. Partly with this in mind (particularly those principles relating to the cross-border disclosure of personal information) and partly due to the demand form some of our clients, i-Link took the decision last year to move our servers back to Australia.
This was quite a technical task but one which we completed earlier this year and so we now have both servers relocated in Australia.
In addition, all of our data is stored in an encrypted format and we continue to conduct regular penetration testing and security audits on the servers and systems.
Environmetrics has used the internet surveying services of i-Link on a number of projects over the last few years. On each occasion they brought a professionalism and attention to detail to the project that allowed us to deliver accurate and reliable research results to our clients.
They provide a complete service, from creative research design at the outset, to the quick set-up of the survey site and regular contact and data updates as the survey progresses.
We have used them for a range of clients and they have been very flexible in adapting to the different surveys topics and samples that have been involved. completeMR, a sister company to i-Link, which is solely responsible for the ongoing development of our proprietary research technology and software has achieved another key milestone in its evolution: After many long months of preparation and the undergoing of a rigorous external audit to assess our compliance with the stringent security policies and procedures as stipulated by the ISO 27001 standard, we are delighted to announce that completeMR has been fully certified with zero non compliance being reported by SIRIM QAS International in June 2011.
ISO/IEC 27001 is the formal set of specifications against which organisations may seek independent certification of their Information Security Management System (ISMS). It is granted for the provision of consultancy, design, supply, content management, operation maintenance & support of computer system services, data networks and computer software development. More good news is that i-Link has been awarded with the ISO/IEC 27001 group accreditation.
Furthermore completeMR has now been successfully included within the valuable “Return Path” email accreditation program. Inclusion to this program is awarded for compliance to the best standards of email deployment and applied specifically to our email invitations for both quantitative and qualitative research activities.
As a result, all of our email campaigns have guaranteed placement to our respondent’s inbox, maximising the delivery rates of our research invitations to more than 1.8 billion email inboxes. This covers all users of major ISP’s such as MSN, Windows Live Hotmail and Yahoo! Mail.

After over 48 procedures, 50 internal audits, and a 4 day external audit from SAI Global, our team was successfully awarded the ISO 20252 certification in May 2008. i-Link is now one of the only 21 companies in Australia certified under the international standard for market, opinion and social research.
